Woman Running Music

Celebrating the women creating, leading, and shaping the future of music.

Supporting Women Across the Industry

The Women Running Music panel is a key part of Anti Social Camp, focused on supporting, uplifting, and giving a platform to women across the music industry. From artists and producers to A&Rs, executives, and industry leaders, we bring together inspiring women to share their stories, experiences, and perspectives..

Woman Leading The Way

Women Running Music is about more than the conversation on stage, it’s about creating connections that continue beyond the panel. By bringing emerging creatives face-to-face with women already building successful careers in music, we create opportunities for mentorship, shared knowledge, and meaningful relationships. Our goal is to build a stronger community where women feel supported, represented, and empowered to take up space at every level of the industry.
Past Panelists

Why It Matters

Representation and access matter. By creating space for women to speak openly about their careers, challenges, successes, and lessons learned, we hope to inspire those coming next while encouraging a more inclusive and equitable music industry. Through honest conversations and audience Q&As, attendees gain insight, advice, and the opportunity to connect with women actively shaping music today.
